Most AI implementations don't fail because the technology doesn't work.

They fail because no one owns the change.

Senoca grew out of 14 years in innovation strategy and an applied AI startup, where our founder helped global organisations adopt AI — law firms, consultancies, banks, and other research-intensive businesses. Organisations with real budgets, real technology, and real pressure to show results.

What we saw, repeatedly, was the same pattern: a powerful tool, a genuine opportunity, and then very little adoption. Teams using AI for one task and ignoring it for everything else. Pilots that worked in the demo and died in the rollout. Executives asking where the return on investment had gone.

The technology was not the problem. The process, the people, and the missing plan were.

Over those 14 years, we developed and tested a structured process for mapping organisations' workstreams, identifying where AI can have genuine, measurable impact, and building the real buy-in that makes change last. More than 30 organisations onboarded. A clear view of what works and what does not.

Senoca is built on what works.

A structured process built on experience

Based on more than a decade of experience, Senoca's process has been developed to bridge the gap between strategy and implementation. It is pragmatic, structured and involves the people who are going to make the change happen.

Measurable impact

Every step of the journey is linked back to the objectives of the business, ensuring that any transformation demonstrates its impact and ROI. The process Senoca has developed is based on real-world experiences including:

  • enabling a global consultancy to gain 80% efficiency in the market-intelligence research
  • reduced a leading law firm's research time by 67%
  • resulted in 75% time-saving for KYC processes in a European bank

People-led technology change

AI technologies have the potential to transform the way we work. But, without people changing with them, those technologies will not only be ineffective they will also be expensive. Senoca places people at the centre of the process, involving them in every step of the journey and, therefore, making adoption stick.

Our convictions

  • AI adoption is a people problem, not a technology problem
  • The businesses that will win with AI are not the ones with the best tools — they are the ones with the best change management
  • The firms that solve adoption first gain a durable competitive advantage
  • Mid-market firms deserve the same rigour as the Fortune 500, without the price tag
